The Winners

All right, I know who I'll be working with next. Here they are, in case it didn't seem as clear in the last journal ^_^ The first one will be full color, and the rest will be in black and white. I'll put up the links here after I upload the pics!

Oct 17, Update: An apology for drawing this out for months. Originally I updated a new picture here for about one per week or so, and then went into a period of feeling worthless due to job searching. Two months ago, I found work in a mobile game company as a graphic designer, and I still have one more month of probation work to go.

I'm under contract not to say too much about what the company makes before it comes out (and I asked if I could advertise some of the games a bit too, but I'm new...), but I can say Halloween will be celebrated for sure. Meanwhile, I am doing my best to get all the work done, redone, done again, 'oh you wanted the first version that you told me to scrap back; so I'm doing overtime again?' ... etc. And... I do like the job.

It's the main reason I haven't had the energy to stare at the computer for longer than the 8-9 hours I need to stare at it while I'm at work. There is also a 3 hour commute time to and fro all together, although the company will move... in half a year or so.

Commissions Info
I'm open for original or fanart commissions. They can be your original characters, someone else's characters, yaoi, yuri, het, parents, siblings, completely unrelated, suggestive or not. Anything goes except porn or hentai.

What you'd generally get, unless you want something else, is an 8.5" x 11" (portrait or landscape orientation) 300 dpi image file (.png, or .tif, or .jpg, or .gif - just let me know what works for you). I retain the right to show a smaller file to others for my portfolio's sake, but I won't otherwise redistribute a commission. Likewise, if the commission is for personal use, don't make commercial prints please! ^_^ If the commission is for commercial use, we'll talk more about the license details. Either way, if you have more questions, or are just curious, etc. you can email me at kagayachou @ gmail.com or leave me a note on dA.

At present, the base prices for one character ranges from:

US$20 flat for a simple portrait
(i.e. face to a little below the shoulders, up to the chest or HIP really; anywhere from line art in pencil to inked and CGed; extras negotiable)

More than a portrait:
$25 for line art in pencil
$30 for line art inked
$55 for line art in pencil CGed
$60 for line art inked and CGed

Each additional character cost $5 extra,
and a background costs another $20.

Prices are negotiable, especially if you have a really sweet reason.
